The Ontario government has launched its largest energy efficiency investment in history – a 12-year, $10.9 billion initiative designed to help homeowners like you reduce energy costs.

Through the new Home Renovation Savings program, you can upgrade to new Heat Pump, Furnace and Insulation and get instant rebates. This means the home improvements you’ve been dreaming of are now within reach.

  • 2.5 Ton ccASHP Ducted or Ductless System $1250
  • 3 Ton ccASHP Ducted or Ductless System $1500

HOME INSULATION SUBSIDY

  • Attic Insulation R12 or less (achieve R50) $1500
  • Attic Insulation R13 to R25 (achieve R50) $1200
  • Attic Insulation R26 to R35 (achieve R50) $900
  • Basement Wall (Add at least R23) to 100% of basement $1500
  • Basement Wall (Add R10 - R22) to 100% of basement $900
  • Basement Header (Add at least R20) to 80% of basement $300
  • Crawl Space Wall (Add at least R23) to 100% of crawl space $1200
  • Crawl Space Wall (Add R10 - R22) to 100% of crawl space $600

  • Garage Ceiling Information (Add at least R20) $300
  • Air Sealing (Achieve base target) $200

Application Process

1.

Contact us to start. We evaluate which rebates you qualify for - whether it's the "No-Audit" stream or the full retrofit program.

2.

We provide a customized upgrade plan. If your project requires an energy evaluation ($600 reimbursed), we will coordinate it for you.

3.

Sign the contract and let our certified technicians handle the installation of your new high-efficiency equipment.

4.

We coordinate the post-work audit (if applicable) or verify the installation directly to complete your rebate application file.

5.

You will receive your rebate check by mail within 3-12 months after the application is processed.
